Well arent those numbers a little on the low side??..what were you expecting the numbers to be...I have seen GSR motors with I/H/E @6psi dyno around 215-220hp...what is your timing at??..what did you adjust on the car between runs?
By the way I am not trying to pick on you HP numbers...its just an observation

I was expecting to be over 200 for sure but oh well...
my timing is set at 11 and my car has a stock RS cat... actually I've seen Gsr's put down 210-220 at 8psi?? my friend with his Gsr put down 220 at 8psi....

Well I have seen most GSR's pull 210hp to 220hp on 6psi...my friend that dynoed 221 was running his timing at 9 degrees...maybe you were knocking some and your ECU was retarding the timing resulting in lost power...you definately have some more power that you can extract out of that beast....were you running a wise band 02 on the dyno?

Sounds like you are in major need of a 2.5" exhaust and a large testpipe and some good headers. Also a little racing gas and some more timing wouldn't hurt. BTW, it is possible to hit 220+ hp at 6psi. I pulled 226.7 at 6psi and timing was set at 11 deg. on 93 octane. You'll get it.

Giant exhaust is not the key on a JRSC powered car... I make 240 HP to the wheels at 9psi and I use a Tanabe Racing Medallion full cat back... which is only 60mm in diameter (2 3/8")... not to mention that I use a DC Sports 4-2-1 header with a collector just shy of 2" !!!
Larger exhaust/headers will not hurt your power, but they WILL be far louder. Ask Speedy108... he has had his 3" Thermal for about a week and it is driving him nuts !!!
heheh
